1. Advance Payment Policy
All advance payments made at the time of order placement are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Kindly confirm your order with full confidence.

2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange on eligible products. To request an exchange, please contact us (WHATSAPP +91-7990779821) within the applicable time frame after receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify.

3. Return Policy & Credit Note
Returns are accepted on eligible items only. We do not provide direct refunds. Instead, you will receive a credit note equivalent to the product value, which can be used for any future purchase and has no expiry date.

4. Shipping Charges for Exchange/Return
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when sending products back to us for exchange or return. Please ensure secure packaging and use a reliable courier.

5. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds are granted only in rare and exceptional cases at the company’s sole discretion. If approved, the following processing fees will be deducted:
• ₹250 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
• ₹150 for Prepaid orders
These fees cover order handling and payment processing charges.
